ベネチアからバスでコルティナダンペッツオに來ました。街のシンボルである教會前がバス停だったので、ホテルまで徒歩2分、メイン通りまで徒歩2分、トファーナゴンドラまで徒歩15分、オリンピックセンター(トレチーメ行きバス停)まで徒歩10分、最高の立地でした。公共交通機関を使ってドロミテを満喫されたい方にオススメです。 お部屋からはトファーナ山塊がよく見えます。ちょっとお高くてもマウンテンビューをオススメします。 お部屋にポット、お茶セットなどがないこと、朝食が7時15分からという事がマイナスポイント。 それを差し引いても、親切なスタッフやこの環境は素晴らしい。また機會がったら是非お伺いしたいです。

Terrible hotel! The entrance was under construction without informing guests and no signs to guide the way(stay at September 2025). The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful for my friends but for me is ok. The parking is extremely difficult, with many pillars, old and unsafe. The room is very old and dusty. Parking costs €40. Do not stay here!

Although the hotel is situated at the centre of the town, the entrance is difficult to find from the main road, because there is a construction site blocking the way. The hotel staff is not very helpful. With regard to parking, it is just a total rip off for €40/ night, with the underground parking full of columns, so that your rental car must know how to play kung-fu in order to get out of the carpark. The staff just kept on telling you it was very difficult to find a place to park in Cortina but didn't help you to find a place. The staff looked pretty arrogant and not helpful at all. Everything in the hotel is fairly basic, with food, beds, etc. There was no kettle available so every morning we had to ask for hot water. There was miscommunication with water bottles, as only 2 bottles of water on the first day, rather than 2 bottles per day, were complimentary. Apart from being close to the town centre, there wasn't much about the hotel. I think their staff should improve their attitude.

Siamo stati una notte abbiamo dormito bene,la stanza era spaziosa e abbiamo fatto una buona colazione. ( anticipata dopo la nostra richiesta). Unica cosa che posso consigliare un cartello di dove si trova il parcheggio dell'hotel. ( in questo periodo stanno facendo dei lavori) ed è stato difficile trovarlo. Se avrò occasione ritornerò sicuramente in quella struttura.

Checked in at around 4pm. The service was relatively slow and we were required to write down our credit card details on a piece of paper which is uncommon for newer hotels. The card I was issued had issue and I had to circle back and forth to the reception which wasn’t the best experience.

The room is very dated. The room was covered with dust from the rug. But good location very good view from balcony and in city center. Dust allergy alert!

Hotel Alaska Cortina is in a great central location and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and the breakfast buffet was great. They also provided a nice packed breakfast on the day we checked out as we had a very early start. The only downside is that it is a bit dated, but that didn’t have any impact on our stay.
